Return Policy

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. To achieve this we must provide you with a product which is in top condition and is what you expect from our description.

All purchases from NZ Jewellery store are backed by a 10 Day Return Policy as long as the item is returned exactly as supplied in 'as new' condition with all documents. NZ Jewellery Store will determine the above at its sole discretion.

All items are inspected for obvious faults/damage before dispatch. If you should find fault with the product you should advise us immediately.
 
Purchases may be returned for a full refund if the item(s) are faulty or in a damaged condition when received. All returns shall be packaged in original packaging and be unworn, in original condition. No freight costs will be reimbursed unless the supply is our fault.
